Online Classes From Our Partners

In Partnership with the Whiteinch Centre

In response to the request from ‘The Friends’ membership for online classes, we have managed to connect with another local charity.  The Whiteinch Centre currently run online classes and have kindly agreed to open up access to the Friends.  This will obviously save us duplicating our efforts and allow the Friends to deliver other classes where we will be able to reciprocate this kind gesture.   The classes are free and if you would like to attend any of them, then please see details below.   Why don’t you let us know how you get on by writing a blog on the website.   It might just help other Friends take the steps to get more involved.   We would like to thank The Whiteinch Centre for this wonderful community spirit and willingness to work in partnership with the Friends.

If you are a charity or other organisation, and you have an idea around how you could work in partnership with The Friends, you can contact us here

Manifesting Your Best Future Self

Visit the website. There are a few free resources on the website for you to have a look at.  They might just support you to manage the current situation with covid.

Best future self book

It’s easy to feel daunted by life circumstances such as the COVID-19 pandemic, and by the personal, professional, and financial challenges that are arising from it. Unhealthy levels of stress have become widespread, resulting in physical and emotional health problems such as impaired immunity, weight problems, migraines, insomnia, hypertension, anxiety, irritability, and low mood.

This book introduces a highly effective approach that helps you trade tension, fear, anxiety, anger, and sadness for love, appreciation, gratitude, and enthusiasm, even under pressure.

Please come and join us for an open discussion  about anything you like.
